Gotta be some of the best Buffalo Wings and Fries and the ranch is to die for you gotta try it out!!!

Blair's is a place I've eaten at before, but as good as their food is I always seem to forget it when I'm on a burger kick until friends remind me of it. When I go back I end up kicking myself for forgetting about it. Yes, this occurred again today when a friend wanted to eat here, and man it was great, and I just walked out stuffed! The burger with a fried egg on top had a nice smokey kick to it. The onion straws were wonderful as always, and not overly greasy. Our server was very attentive and all of our food came out correctly. It wasn't too loud inside or busy, and yet it's big enough they can host large groups. They also have a pool table in back.

Bair's has the best burgers in town. It costs just as much to eat here as it does to go to Wendy's or Burger King. The staff are nice and work hard. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a sports bar and grill. Chill place to get a great burger. I've ordered everything on their menu several times and always look forward to well made burger.

Queso & Chips: Chips tasted stale. The queso is some of the best I've ever had. The burger I had (forget the name, blackened with buffalo sauce and jalapeños) was cooked to order with powerful heat. Fries were very good. In depth menu. Mediocre atmosphere (much prefer other location). Efficient staff.

My husband and I have always had burgers in the past and everything has always been delicious!! I'm a huge French Dip lover, so when I saw it on the menu, I had to try it. It was, hands down, one of the best ones I've ever eaten!! The service and vibe were perfect for our date day out. The only downside is it's going to be really hard to order anything but the French Dip from now on.

In town visiting family and decided to go for a burger. I got a Bairs fried egg, bacon, and cheese burger. Half pound burger is too much for me. Then as if half a pound of meat isn't enough, they put 2 eggs on top. I was disappointed in that the eggs weren't cooked over easy they were well done, so you don't get the ooze of egg with every bite. The burger is supposed to come with nasty American cheese, but i asked if they could just double the cheddar instead. My wife got the teriyaki and pineapple burger and said it had a good flavor but was overcooked. Service wasn't bad, just short staffed like most places.

I've lived in Springfield for several years now and have finally tried Bair's. I've heard great reviews and it did not disappoint! Massive burgers, good sides, and a huge selection of burgers to choose from on the menu. Everyone in our group was happy for a late night dinner. The staff was super friendly and served us so nicely even though we came in maybe 20 minutes before closing (without realizing it!). Fried pickles were great, burgers cooked to perfection. I will be coming back!
